Financial management : Create budgets, manage expenses, and ensure the hotel is profitable Revenue management : Set sales targets, analyze sales figures, and drive revenue growth Staff management : Hire, train, and schedule staff, and ensure they are motivated and productive Guest experience : Ensure guests have a positive experience, respond to complaints, and ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained Marketing : Plan marketing campaigns, and stay up-to-date on hospitality industry trends Health and safety : Ensure the hotel meets health and safety standards Strategic planning : Develop short- and long-term strategic goals for the hotel Relationship building : Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 9 years (Required) Work Location: In person
