General Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple departments including
Food & Beverage (restaurant, bar, café), Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Purchasing & Store, Operational Audits, and Activity Staff
.
Drive excellence in
guest experience and customer satisfaction
.
Upgrade and manage
F&B offerings
for restaurant, bar & café and parties

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2–3 years of senior-level experience
in a well-reputed hotel or resort. (4-5 star)
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer-centric skills.
Ability to manage diverse teams and improve operational efficiency.
