Job Description

A well-established engineering group in Bangalore South invites applications for its Auto Parts Division for the position of:

General Manager - Operations

Role Responsibilities:

The incumbent will lead complete plant operations of a precision engineering unit, including manufacturing, customer interaction, and new business development.

Candidate Profile:

Technically qualified professional with 10 - 12 years of experience, preferably in the automotive sector,

Strong exposure to IATF systems,

Experience in injection molding and press forming will be an added advantage,

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Education : B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Compensation:

10 - 15 lakhs per annum. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
