A reputed engineering group is seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead production operations.
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (DME/BE)
6-8 years of hands-on experience in an automotive or precision mechanical manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of production planning, process control and shop-floor management
Experience in plastic injection moulding / machining / assembly (customize as required)
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, 4M/5M Management
Ability to manage manpower, improve productivity, and achieve production targets.
Oversee daily production and ensure adherence to planned output
Reduce rejections and enhance process capability
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and planning teams
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and customer requirements
