What You’ll Do:

• Lead interior design concepts from ideation to execution across premium real estate projects.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP, structural, and façade teams to ensure design excellence.
• Ensure every design reflects Axon’s brand philosophy, merging aesthetics with functionality.
• Manage vendors, render partners, and consultants for top-quality outcomes.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and attention to detail across all design projects.
• Mentor and lead a creative team of designers and consultants.

Who You Are:

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed institute (NIFT, NIFD, SPA, or equivalent).
• 10–15 years of proven experience in

  luxury interiors and real estate design leadership

  .
• Strong creative vision with solid project management and leadership skills.
• Expertise in high-end interiors, luxury spaces, and turnkey project execution.
