We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Operations Manager to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our team functions like a well-oiled machine. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all departments Collaborate closely with design, marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams Track timelines and ensure order fulfillment, product restocks, and inventory coordination Implement efficient systems and workflows for smooth execution Ensure team communication and task accountability Address operational challenges and find fast, effective solutions Report directly to the founders with regular updates on operations and productivity Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
