General Manager Leasing- Transaction & Advisory

As a General Manager Leasing at CRA Realtors Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading and managing leasing transactions for retail, F&B, and entertainment brands across India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading retail leasing operations for shopping malls, high streets, and mixed-use developments. - Identifying, pitching, and onboarding national and international retail brands. - Managing developer relationships and exclusive leasing mandates. - Mentoring and overseeing a team of leasing executives. - Driving deal closures and tracking revenue targets. - Preparing market intelligence, location analysis, and brand strategy presentations. - Handling lease documentation, LOIs, and negotiation processes end-to-end. To excel in this role, the desired candidate should have: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail leasing (malls/high streets). - Previous experience in an IPC, real estate consultancy, or developer-side leasing preferred. - Excellent network within the retail, F&B, and fashion industries. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
