General Manager Leasing- Transaction & Advisory

You are a dynamic and experienced individual seeking a challenging role as a General Manager Leasing with CRA Realtors Pvt Ltd, a leading retail real estate consultancy in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading leasing transactions for retail, F&B, and entertainment brands across the country. Your key responsibilities will include leading retail leasing operations for shopping malls, high streets, and mixed-use developments. You will be required to identify, pitch, and onboard national and international retail brands, manage developer relationships, and exclusive leasing mandates. Additionally, you will mentor and oversee a team of leasing executives, drive deal closures, and track revenue targets. Your role will also involve preparing market intelligence, location analysis, and brand strategy presentations, as well as handling lease documentation, LOIs, and negotiation processes end-to-end. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in retail leasing, specifically in malls and high streets. Previous experience in an IPC, real estate consultancy, or developer-side leasing is preferred. An excellent network within the retail, F&B, and fashion industries is essential, along with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. You should have a strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
