• Hiring for the Recruitment Firm ( Domestic & International)
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the company or business unit.
• Lead and motivate teams to drive high performance and productivity.
• Set operational and financial goals and monitor performance against these objectives.
• Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze performance data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; promote a positive work culture.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and key issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
