Role & responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and innovation programs.
Identify emerging technologies and assess their business impact.

2. IT Operations & Infrastructure

Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and cloud solutions.
Ensure uptime, performance, and scalability of IT systems.
Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

3. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Develop and enforce IT security policies and compliance.
Implement data protection measures and disaster recovery plans.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

4. Software Development & Implementation

Manage in-house or outsourced software development projects.
Oversee ERP, CRM, and enterprise software implementations.
Ensure integration of new technologies with existing systems.

5. Team Leadership & Management

Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
Define roles, set KPIs, and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure continuous training and skill development of IT staff.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage IT service providers, consultants, and technology vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize IT support.
