Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager INSTRUMENTATION at Krishna Tissues Pvt. Ltd. located in Burdwan. The General Manager INSTRUMENTATION will be responsible for overseeing the instrumentation department, ensuring proper installation, calibration, and maintenance of all instruments. Day-to-day tasks include managing the team, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in Instrumentation, Calibration, and Maintenance
Technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
