General Manager Human Resources- (Manufacturing HRBP)

As a Plant HRBP at our Manufacturing industry location in Charkop, Kandivali (West), Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving HR strategy and business partnership. With 22-25 years of experience, you will be responsible for aligning plant HR initiatives with business and corporate goals to enhance effectiveness and culture. Your key responsibilities will include managing full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, campus engagement, and diversity hiring to ensure plant manpower readiness. You will also handle contract labor operations including vendor management, compliance, onboarding, productivity tracking, and welfare. Ensuring strict labor law and factory act compliance, managing audits, inspections, legal responses, and records will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace disputes in a time-bound and compliant manner while implementing preventive mechanisms for IR disruptions. Driving talent reviews, HiPo development, internal mobility, and robust performance management systems will be part of your talent and performance management responsibilities. You will also lead digital HR tool deployment and analytics reporting to drive efficiency, insights, and data-based decisions. As a leader, you will be expected to lead and develop the HRBP team across locations, ensuring performance, standardization, and high-impact delivery. Your role will also involve enhancing labor productivity and controlling costs through lean models, right-sizing, and skill upgrades. Identifying training needs, executing statutory and behavioral programs, and supporting capability-building initiatives will also be crucial in your role as a Plant HRBP.,
