General Manager - HR & Admin

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading all HR and administrative functions for a leading real estate development brand rapidly expanding its footprint in the affordable housing segment in Hyderabad. As the General Manager - HR & Administration, you will play a strategic role in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency while aligning HR practices with business objectives. Your hands-on collaborative approach will be essential in scaling processes to support rapid growth and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with operational goals and organizational vision, in partnership with senior leadership. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for Hyderabad operations, ensuring timely hiring of high-caliber talent across various verticals. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving complex grievances and fostering a positive work environment. - Ensure adherence to statutory labor laws, POSH, and other regulatory requirements in Telangana. - Streamline HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Qualification Required: - MBA / MSW in Human Resources or related field. - 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams. - Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of Telangana labor laws and compliance frameworks. - Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth organizations. - Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (preferred).,
