General Manager - Hospitality (Fitness Equipment sales Division)

As the General Manager of Hospitality for the Fitness Equipment Division in India, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing business development activities and nurturing key account relationships within the hospitality sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Hospitality vertical for the Fitness Equipment business on a national scale. - Creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the hospitality segment. - Maintaining strong relationships with key hospitality customers such as hotels, resorts, and clubs. - Identifying and bringing onboard new clients, projects, and opportunities in the hospitality industry. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction. - Establishing long-term partnerships with major hospitality groups. - Analyzing the market to spot emerging trends, assess competition, and identify business prospects. - Supervising customer support and post-installation service coordination to uphold exceptional client satisfaction. - Representing the company at hospitality expos, trade fairs, and industry events to boost brand visibility. - Generating regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and strategic insights for senior management. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing. - 10-15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Fitness Equipment, Hospitality, or Premium/Luxury Brands. - Demonstrated track record of managing key hospitality accounts at a national level. - Strong network within hotel chains, developers, and architects involved in hospitality projects. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across India to fulfill job requirements.,
