Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership and convert the Groups mission, vision and values into actionable operational plans.
  2. Develop and manage the

    Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

    for all healthcare units in coordination with the CEO and CFO.
  3. Ensure high-quality patient care and strengthen the organizations reputation through consistent service excellence.
  4. Lead expansion initiatives, new treatment centres, clinic upgrades and business growth opportunities.
  5. Drive operational excellence through SOPs, process improvements and strong management of Clinical & non-clinical functions.
  6. Ensure

    financial discipline, cost optimization, resource utilization and ongoing performance monitoring.

  7. Lead major projects such as infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation (ERP) and strategic improvement initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance

    with statutory, regulatory and quality standards including NABH, risk management and governance.
  9. Collaborate effectively with corporate functions (Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing) to enable integrated decision-making.
  10. Build, mentor and develop high-performing teams, promoting an accountable, patient-centric and values-driven culture.
  11. Proficient in managing operations according to the standards of the

    National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / MHA from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum

    15 years of hospital experience

    , including Manager-level leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate across various company functions to make informed decisions and planning
  • Interested in travelling from time to time to cater new ventures in different locations
  • Strong ability to handle entire hospital operations independently.
  • Expertise in hospital administration, quality systems, financial management and operational excellence.
  • Proven leadership, communication and team-building skills.
