Our aim is to create value for stakeholders in complex, fragmented and traditional supply chains across industries by reducing operational and financial inefficiencies. We solve multi-dimensional information asymmetry and orchestrate the supply chain, leveraging engineering, data analytics, and technology, thus making procurement efficient and economical for our clients. We take active trade positions with back-to-back buy sell arrangements while collaborating with 3PL service providers, establishing operational quality control SOPs, and offering multiple payment solutions.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead Ferrous Sales at Brick2Wall. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, market share, and profitability across the steel and ferrous portfolio. The incumbent will shape and execute the sales strategy, strengthen customer and channel relationships, and ensure operational and commercial excellence across the business.

The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, a proven track record of delivering results in competitive markets, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement the strategic sales plan for the Ferrous Business in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead revenue and margin growth through effective market positioning, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Drive expansion into new geographies, industry segments, and customer accounts.
  • Build long-term partnerships and strategic alliances to strengthen Brick2Walls market presence.

2. Market Development & Customer Engagement

  • Lead business development initiatives for new customer acquisition and retention of key accounts.
  • Deepen engagement with customers to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industry stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth.
  • Oversee key account planning and ensure superior customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Oversee sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
  • Manage receivables, credit exposure, and collections in line with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to all commercial terms, quality standards, and operational processes.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to inform business strategy.
  • Provide regular performance reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities for product diversification, value-added services, and process improvements.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on capability building, performance, and motivation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of team goals with overall business priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Mechanical, Civil, or Materials preferred).
  • MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 business school is preferred

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in B2B sales within the ferrous or steel industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large sales portfolios, key accounts, and teams.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic growth and achieve revenue and profitability goals.
