Job Description

General Manager Exports

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Strategy

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Europe and South America.
Identify new market opportunities, assess potential distributors, and establish long-term partnerships.
Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to shape local strategy.

Sales & Business Development

Achieve export sales targets across assigned geographies.
Drive product registrations and ensure compliance with local medical regulations
Lead key account management and participate in international exhibitions and conferences.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
Handle price negotiations, contract management, and distributor performance reviews.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
Act as the voice of the customer and bring market feedback to internal teams for product improvement.

Travel & Representation

Frequent travel to European and South American markets for business meetings, training, audits, and exhibitions.
Represent the company in trade delegations, government export forums, and industry events.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum
10 years
of experience in export sales/business development in the
medical device industry
, specifically handling Europe and South America.
Education:
MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
Travel:
Must have
