General Manager (Corporate Marketing)

You will be joining an Indian FMCG Group's Perfume vertical as a General Manager Sales & Marketing in Noida (Corporate Headquarters), reporting to the Sr. Vice President (Marketing). With an MBA in Marketing being mandatory, you should have 15-20 years of total experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 8-10 years specifically in the perfume industry and a strong understanding of premium and luxury segments. Your primary objectives will include building and scaling the Perfume category for the organization, as well as leading end-to-end Sales and Marketing operations for perfumes. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Developing an overall product and marketing strategy for perfumes, including product range, SKUs, pricing, packaging, distribution, and promotion. - Engaging with multiple sales formats to drive product placement and revenue growth. - Conducting competitive scans and providing market intelligence. - Overseeing consumer research to align with trends and preferences. - Collaborating with branding and communication agencies for campaigns and creatives. - Innovating on packaging formats for different occasions and consumer segments. - Working with perfume vendors for sourcing and development. - Designing and executing sales promotion plans. - Driving sales tie-ups and partnerships to boost market penetration.
