General Manager Construction

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of project works within budget and timelines in the Real Estate industry. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and supervising construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to statutory norms. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with design and techno-commercial teams, manage site operations, and provide progress updates. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule project construction activities - Coordinate with design team for drawings and material selection - Supervise construction team and ensure work is carried out up to required quality - Implement project-specific quality and safety policies - Manage site stores and ensure timely delivery of materials - Evaluate contractors and provide feedback to techno-commercial team - Maintain statutory records and ensure site security - Estimate alternatives to save on construction costs and time - Provide monthly cash flow planning and budget monitoring - Understand market rates for materials and services Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with at least 10 years in a Real Estate company - Experience in executing 20+ storey high-rise residential projects - Graduate Engineer in Civil from a reputed institute with a First class degree - Strong problem-solving skills related to construction - Team management, quality orientation, and commercial skills - Eye for quality and safety in construction projects,
