Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new markets by identifying opportunities, building relationships with customers, and creating strategies for growth.
Lead teams to achieve sales targets through effective communication, leadership, and goal-setting.
Identify potential business partners and develop strategies for collaboration.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Developing market growth plans and strategy
Manage tender business (technical. Financial and other perspective)
Evaluation tenders, Shortlisting the tender, Compliance for tender and submission of tender
Frequent communication to clients and other stake holders
Identifying business strength and customer needs
Drafting and reviewing contacts and other related documents
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion agencies
Compile lists describing product or service offerings
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analysing business developments and monitoring market trends
Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings
Provide scheduled reporting to the related stakeholder and management as well
