Role Overview
Seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager Brand Marketing to lead strategic brand initiatives, oversee end-to-end campaign execution, and drive market impact through powerful storytelling and innovative marketing practices. You will be responsible for enhancing brand equity, managing large-scale integrated campaigns, and steering a high-performing team toward creative and commercial success.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & ManagementLead brand development and positioning for multiple projects across the portfolioDefine brand architecture, personality, and tone to ensure consistency across channelsOversee brand health metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on insightsCampaign Development & ExecutionConceptualize and lead end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns, from ideation to executionCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-impact resultsMaintain creative excellence while ensuring commercial relevanceDigital & Performance MarketingOversee digital marketing strategy including paid media, SEO/SEM, content, and social mediaLeverage digital platforms for lead generation, engagement, and brand amplificationUse analytics to optimize performance across channelsMedia Planning & Budget ManagementManage media strategy, buying, and planning across offline and online channelsOwn the marketing budget and deliver strong ROI through smart allocation and trackingNegotiate with vendors and agencies to ensure cost-effective outcomesMarket Research & Consumer InsightsCommission and interpret market research to inform strategy and decision-makingStay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behaviorsTranslate insights into actionable plans to drive competitive advantageLeadership & Team DevelopmentBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of brand, digital, and campaign managersFoster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learningAlign team goals with organizational priorities and brand visionKey Skills & Qualifications14-16 years of marketing experience, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership roleStrong foundation in brand management, campaign strategy, and executionDeep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance-driven tacticsExperience in media planning and budget ownershipProficient in interpreting market research and leveraging consumer insightsExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentReal estate or lifestyle industry experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
