General Manager - Billing & Credit Control

As a Collections Manager, your role involves developing and implementing collection strategies to maximize the recovery of outstanding debts. You will lead and supervise the collections team, providing guidance and support. Monitoring and analyzing collections performance metrics to make necessary adjustments is also a key responsibility.
