Role Overview: As the General Manager of a prestigious hotel in Alappuzha, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Minimum of a graduate degree is mandatory. - Experience: At least 6+ years of managerial experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an Assistant General Manager or General Manager role within the hospitality industry. - Proven track record in managing hotel operations with a focus on exceptional service and operational efficiency. - Age: 30 to 45 years.
