As a Logistics & Industrial Leasing professional at JLL, you will play a crucial role in handling logistics & industrial leasing, land acquisition, and disposition for East India. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating new opportunities through active business development in occupier and landlord segments - Securing LR business and industrial/manufacturing mandates - Expanding business in Tier 2 & 3 markets To excel in this role, you need to meet the following qualifications: - Graduate with a minimum of 7+ years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial skills, with the ability to adapt to change - Self-starter, confident, collaborative, with multitasking ability - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to deliver results under challenging scenarios At JLL, we are committed to supporting your personal well-being and growth.
