General Management Trainee Job

About the job:

As an IT inside sales specialist at PJ Networks, you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and boosting revenue growth in the IT sector. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and collaborating closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate new business opportunities in the IT sector 2. Qualify leads through effective questioning, needs analysis, and understanding of client requirements 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to assess their IT needs and offer suitable solutions 4. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design and execute sales strategies and campaigns 5. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends 6. Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value propositions
