About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms. 2. Sales Support: Assist in creating sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients. 3. CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with leads, pipeline stages, and follow-ups. 4. Client Coordination: Help manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and upselling opportunities. 5. Leadership Support: Work closely with the founder/CEO to manage meetings, schedules, and the execution of key growth initiatives. 6. Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and suggest improvements to sales strategy. 7. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly reports, client decks, and internal sales dashboards. Requirements: 1. 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client management (agency background preferred). 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. 4. Highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 6. Bonus: Understanding of presentation design or creative services.
