✅ Attend product trainings and continuously update on insurer offerings
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits
✅ Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, and underwriters to resolve claims
✔️ Must be well-versed with Motor, Fire, Marine, and Workmen Compensation products
✔️ Ability to independently handle complex claims and ensure timely closure
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively (Jalgaon, Pune, and other locations as needed)
✔️ Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
