General Insurance Specialist

As a licensed IMF, the company prides itself on providing expert-driven, customer-first service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle end-to-end sales and service for general insurance products - Specialize in Motor and SME Commercial Insurance segment - Coordinate and manage claims settlement, being proactive and hands-on - Attend product trainings and stay updated on insurer offerings, while also managing data entry in the software - Travel PAN India for client servicing, inspections, and renewals - Provide 24x7 client assistance during emergencies or claim situations - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits - Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, and underwriters to resolve claims **Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in general insurance - Strong background in claim management and settlement - Well-versed with Motor, Fire, Marine, and Workmen Compensation products - Ability to independently handle complex claims and ensure timely closure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel extensively, including locations like Jalgaon, Pune, and others - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi If you join us, you will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding insurance firm with strong ethics and a client-first approach.
