Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager who has successfully managed the motor insurance retail sales agency vertical, ideally with a proven team of Relationship Managers (RMs). The selected candidate will play a crucial role in building and scaling the agency channel by recruiting agents/POS partners through their team, driving business growth, and ensuring performance benchmarks are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Motor Insurance Agency Channel operations in the assigned area.
Recruit and onboard a team of Relationship Managers (RMs).
Ensure RMs are actively recruiting agents/POS (Point of Sales) for motor insurance distribution.
Drive and achieve motor insurance sales targets through the agency network.
Provide strategic direction and support to the team for agent activation, retention, and productivity enhancement.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics of RMs and agents.
Build strong relationships with channel partners to enhance business growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years in Motor Insurance Sales with at least 2–3 years in agency channel leadership.
Team Management:
Must currently be managing a team (preferably bring your own team of RMs).
Channel Knowledge:
Strong understanding of POS/agent recruitment and activation process.
Location:
Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Noida Sector 62.
Availability
: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
