Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Insurance professional located in Ranchi. The role involves providing expert advice on insurance solutions for clients, assessing risk profiles, and creating customized policies to address specific needs. Day-to-day tasks include client relationship management, and market research to identify new opportunities. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of general insurance Agency channel.
Client relationship management and the ability to build long-term partnerships
Analytical skills for conducting market research and evaluating client needs
Attention to detail and organizational skills for creating tailored insurance solutions
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree with related field is preferred
Previous experience in general insurance Agency channel is highly desirable.
