Operational and strategic responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the insurance department.
• Develop strategy: Create and implement risk management, sales, and operational strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance: Make sure all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards.
• Manage policies: Oversee the registration, issuance, renewal, and cancellation of insurance policies.
• Improve processes: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

People and client management

• Lead teams: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage insurance professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
• Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and resolving issues.
• Handle claims: Oversee the entire claims process, ensuring efficient and accurate handling and resolution.

Financial and analytical responsibilities

• Analyze performance: Analyze statistical data and performance metrics to forecast risk, manage budgets, and inform strategic decisions.
• Manage finances: Ascertain cash reserves and determine premium rates, as well as manage departmental expenses.
• Mitigate risk: Analyze and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with insurance policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,222.09 per month
