As a Corporate Lawyer in our corporate M&A teams in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to showcase your in-depth transactional experience across sectors. You will be expected to independently manage complex corporate cross border M&A matters and collaborate effectively with different practice teams. Key Responsibilities: - Handling Mergers & Acquisitions - Managing Private Equity transactions - Overseeing Venture Capital deals - Executing Cross border transactions - Managing Corporate Restructuring and Compliance matters - Utilizing strong technical, due diligence, drafting, communication, negotiation, and client management skills Qualifications Required: - Must be a qualified lawyer - Enrolled in Bar Council of India - Possess 2 to 8 years of PQE Join us as an Associate/Senior Associate/Counsel in the General Corporate - M&A, Venture Capital, and Private Equity practice area.
