General Construction Manager_RCC

Job Title: RCC General Manager – Construction
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) construction activities across multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise RCC works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion as per project schedules.
• Review structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs; ensure accurate execution on site.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor resource planning, material procurement, and cost control related to RCC works.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory norms, and safety protocols.
• Provide leadership to RCC teams across all sites, ensuring smooth coordination with other project departments.
• Prepare and present consolidated progress reports to senior management across all locations.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with NICMAR certification or Post-graduation in Project Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in RCC construction, including handling multiple sites.
• In-depth understanding of RCC detailing, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and quality control.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and complex high-rise or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and construction management tools is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
