General Construction Manager

Job Title: General Construction Manager
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor site operations, resolve issues, and implement effective project control measures.
• Lead site teams and ensure effective manpower and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contractual terms, and company policies.
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

• Graduate from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and construction management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
