About the Role

GenAI Technical / Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete architecture, design, and development of the

  Project

  .
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (SMEs, AI Developers, Data Scientists, QA, and Customer Stakeholders) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement

  GenAI-based applications

  using modern AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and integration technologies.
• Build and optimize

  RAG pipelines, LLM agents, Chunking, embeddings,Vector DB and knowledge management systems

  .
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of deployed solutions.
• Provide

  technical leadership

  and mentor developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive customer discussions, understand requirements, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–20+ years

  of overall software development and architecture experience, with at least

  4+ years in AI/GenAI solutions

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Python, ML libraires and Frameworks,

  with exposure to

  Agentic SDKs.

• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Agents, Semantic Search, and Vector Databases

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud AI/ML platforms

  (GCP Vertex AI)
• Experience with

  prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and deployment

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  databases (SQL/NoSQL)

  and integration with AI systems.
• Familiarity with

  DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and API-based architectures

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working on

  automation, or automotive/engineering domains

  is added skill.
• Exposure to

  multi-modal AI

  (text, image, documents, etc.).
• Prior experience in

  solution delivery to enterprise customers

  .
