Job Summary

Job Title: GenAI Engineer/Lead Years of Experience: 6- 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6- 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models, particularly in the realm of generative technologies, to drive business value and enhance our product offerings. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models with a strong emphasis on generative AI techniques. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative technologies. Optimize and fine tune existing models for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML processes, models, and best practices. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Generative AI, including but not limited to GANs, VAEs, and transformer models. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Telecom Network knowledge & experience is preferred Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on generative technologies. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for innovation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non technical stakeholders.
