Navtech is looking for a curious & enthusiastic GenAI developer to join our team and help build next-generation AI solutions. If you're excited about the potential of large language models (LLMs), transformers, CrewAI and creative AI applications, this is the right platform for you! Working as an GenAI Developer at Navtech, you will: * Develop and fine-tune models using state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies like CrewAI, GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc. Integrate LLMs and other GenAI tools into web/mobile/cloud-based applications. Work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar platforms. Build pipelines for data preprocessing, prompt engineering, and model deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Data Science, Design) to create impactful GenAI-powered solutions. Optimize model performance for inference speed, cost, and accuracy. Stay updated with the latest GenAI trends, research, and tools. Who Are We Looking for Exactly? 1+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks. Proficiency in Python, LangChain and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers. Good understanding of CrewAI workflows & agent collaboration Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, etc.). Understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Vector DBs, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker). You consistently demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should have a master’s degree /Bachelors (BS) in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, Technology Management or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.
