GenAI Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a GenAI Developer to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered modules into mobile and web applications. The role focuses on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, integrating APIs, and optimizing AI models for production. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust, scalable, and high-performance GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate LLM-based and RAG-powered modules into applications
• Work with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Fine-tune, test, and optimize AI models for production environments
• Collaborate with backend, data, and frontend teams to integrate GenAI solutions
• Implement best practices for model deployment, performance optimization, and reliability
• Maintain documentation for AI pipelines, API integrations, and model configurations.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.

Preferred:

Professional Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML development or software engineering with GenAI focus
• Proven experience integrating APIs and AI frameworks into applications
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e

• Experience with API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc

• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

• Familiarity with model fine-tuning, testing, and deployment in production environments
• Certifications (Optional):AI/ML certifications or cloud-based AI certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus
