Job Description

As a Gen AI Engineer - Sales Automation at Adobe, your role will focus on creating and deploying AI solutions to enhance sales productivity. You will be responsible for building and scaling AI-powered workflows, including a library of structured GPTs and prompt packs for various sales stages. Your main goal will be to develop a unified, user-friendly AI workspace that seamlessly integrates these tools into the daily workflow of sellers to reduce friction and enhance their adoption of these powerful tools. Key Responsibilities: - Drive AI-Powered Sales Workflows - Build and maintain a library of GPTs and prompt packs for cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and objection handling. - Ensure workflows are simple, scalable, and integrated into sellers" daily tools (CRM, Outreach, SalesScreen). - Sales Stage Enablement - Map AI-driven content to each sales stage (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, renewal). - Provide sellers with contextual messaging, case studies, and CTAs tailored to customer personas and industries. - Creation of Seamless AI Webspace for Advisors: - Develop a unified, easy-to-use AI workspace that integrates solutions into the day-to-day flow of sellers, reducing friction and improving adoption. - Handle Customer Objections - Create AI-assisted objection handling frameworks for common challenges (pricing, competition, timing). - Standardize and scale guidelines into reusable playbooks. - Consultative Engagement Support - Assist sellers in crafting personalized, customer-ready emails, proposals, and pitches through AI workflows. - Train specialists and managers on customizing prompts for niche scenarios. - Continuous Improvement & Feedback - Track adoption, usage, and impact of AI-enabled workflows on sales outcomes. - Conduct A/B testing of prompts, refine GPTs, and ensure quality through seller feedback loops. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign assets into AI-driven sales content. - Work with product and data teams to align AI workflows with new launches and GTM plays.
