Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update gemstone inventory records in the system.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for gemstone orders and replenishments.
  • Work closely with QC teams to ensure quality standards and proper documentation.
  • Track gemstone movements across departments (procurement, production, and sales).
  • Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of gemstones to maintain quality.
  • Prepare inventory reports and support management with data analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of gemstones, their grading, and quality parameters.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, Excel, or other relevant software).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
  • Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities.
