Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update gemstone inventory records in the system.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for gemstone orders and replenishments.
Work closely with QC teams to ensure quality standards and proper documentation.
Track gemstone movements across departments (procurement, production, and sales).
Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Ensure proper storage and handling of gemstones to maintain quality.
Prepare inventory reports and support management with data analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of gemstones, their grading, and quality parameters.
Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, Excel, or other relevant software).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
Excellent record-keeping and organizational abilities.
