GEM Tender ExecutiveCompany: Royal Safe Company KR Location: Plot No. 4, Furniture Block, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed) Experience: 3–5 Years (Furniture/Office Automation Industry Preferred) Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time) Work Mode: Office Based 🔍 Key Responsibilities Prepare & manage GEM Government Tenders related to the furniture industry. Handle Online Tender Filing/Uploading on GEM, CPPP, and other government portals. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Accounts, Production) to collect required documents & pricing. Track tender status, results, and maintain proper records. Prepare Technical Bids, Financial Bids, and evaluate tender terms & conditions. Draft and maintain GEM Contracts, rate contracts, and vendor registrations. Coordinate with government departments or agencies for clarifications. 🧰 Required Skills3–5 Years of experience in GEM Tender Filing (MANDATORY). Experience in Furniture Industry is highly preferred. Strong command over: MS Excel Google Sheets Tender Documentation Maintaining Records Tender Analysis & Quotation Ability to work on multiple tenders with tight deadlines. Strong communication & coordination skills. Preferred Experience in Pre-Qualification, Technical Bid, and Financial Bid preparation. Knowledge of Bid Merging, GEM Contract Management, Reverse Auctions, and Bid Tracking.
