Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify tenders from various government portals and tender aggregators (e.g., CPPP, GEM, Eproc portals).
Analyze tender documents including RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, BOQs, and corrigenda.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Manage end-to-end bid submission processes.
Ensure compliance with government procurement norms and requirements.
Ensure timely submission of bids and manage all related correspondence and documentation.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
Monitor updates, amendments, and corrigenda related to ongoing tenders.
Support in drafting and maintaining standard bid templates, trackers, and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related field.
Proven experience in bid management and proposal writing, particularly within the technology sector.
Strong familiarity with GEM portal platforms and tender submission procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation accurately.
