GeM portal Tendering Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

·        Seller catalog creating and organization profile creation on https://gem.gov.in

·        Products/services, set pricing and manage catalogues as per GeM norms.

·        Brand Listings and Brand promotions.

·        Manage bid participation, reverse auction and tender submissions with GEM, HAL, central government tenders

·        Maintain compliance with GeM policies.

·        Tender document preparation, post tender follow-ups.

Skills required:

·        Thorough knowledge of the GeM seller dashboard and modules.

·        Experience with tender documentation and Government procurement norms.

·        Good written Communication and letter writing skills.

·        Basic knowledge of Excel, PDF documentation and online filing.

·        Coordinating with buyers and government departments for smooth execution.

Experience:

·        1-2 years of experience working on the GeM seller portal, tendering for standard central government organization, railways, product catalog presentation and tender participation

·        Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and documentation.

·        Working experience of EPC Companies in Electromechanical field is preferable.
