Job Description

Role Overview:

You will handle vendor management, procurement, GeM bidding, tender documentation, and business development activities. The role requires strong coordination between suppliers, clients, and internal teams while ensuring timely delivery, documentation, and operations.


This role is for early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) only.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and submit bids on the GeM portal.
  • Maintain costing, billing, and Excel-based tracking sheets.
  • Handle tender-related documentation and compliance.
  • Support business growth


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with GeM and tender management.
  • Strong skills in Excel, documentation, and organisation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination ability.
  • Based in or near Kolkata.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
