Job Description

As a Global Data Center (GDC) Transformation Principal Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tools and technology enhancements within the global Data Center organization. You will work closely with the VP of GDC Transformation to drive strategic and transformational efforts across various regions, including America, Asia-Pacific, Europe/Middle East and Africa, and India. Your focus will be on leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes, enhance data management, and drive overall efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with the Global Transformation team to enable and modernize the organization structure, roles, responsibilities, governance, and process flows. - Act as a technology product manager to create a roadmap for Transformation, Portfolio, and Program technologies, considering Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Engage with GDC leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through executive communications and presentations. - Lead the Transformation Management Office to facilitate the Transformation Lifecycle and drive key transformation initiatives. - Define organization-wide objectives, key results, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation efforts. - Provide strategic advice and research on operationalizing value drivers for GDC transformation, including client experience and operational efficiencies. - Respond to ad-hoc requests for deliverables and sustain transformation efforts over the longer-term. **Qualifications:** - Demonstrated experience in problem solving, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills, preferably from a top consulting firm or strategy organization. - Strong Project and Program Portfolio Management skills. - Comfortable working with large data sets and tools for strategic synthesis. - Multi-cultural and multi-lingual background valued but not mandatory. - MBA, Masters degree, or equivalent experience required. - 7+ years of experience in architecting transformations and 3+ years working with tier-one data centers or hyperscale providers. In this role, you will need to have excellent executive presence, team-building skills, and resilience to drive accountability and inspire action. You will also be required to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally, with remote work approved when not traveling.
