Job Description

Act as the Finance Transformation Platform (FTP)-GCP pod lead accountable for the success of the pod
Lead the engineering team and manage all design, development, testing and production support activities end to end
Responsible for ensuring compliance of the FTP-GCP service with mandatory and regulatory requirements, and meeting control objectives in line with published standards and guidelines
Liaise with Finance, Technology and other Global Business stakeholders to propose the optimal solution for all change activities
Drive the team aligning towards Ledger Strategy and implement related components as part of the Future State Architecture (FSA) General Ledger
Work with Service Excellence Lead and ITSOs to ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered
Work with Engineering Excellence Lead to make sure the engineering work is in line with standards and drive continuous improvement
Maintain a good relationship with related stakeholders. Build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, etc

Requirements

Good understanding both on the General Ledger domain and application knowledge
Excellent technical knowledge on GCP
Excellent team management skills
Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge and experience on end-to-end delivery under an enterprise system architecture
Good understanding on Agile and DevOps practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Testing, and Automated Testing
