Job Title: Product Management Intern

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Job Type: Internship (Full-time)

Duration: 6 months

About Us:

Miko is an AI-powered robotics company creating engaging, educational experiences for kids aged 4 to 8. Founded in 2014 by IIT Bombay graduates, Miko combines robotics and AI to deliver personalized social-emotional learning through its flagship robots, Miko 3 and Miko Mini.

Alongside these robots, the Miko App for iOS and Android offers AI-driven features like a reading tutor and story maker, adapting to each child s learning style. It also includes interactive games, shows, music, progress reports, and video calling for parents. With a global presence in the US, UK, Canada, and India, Miko prioritizes privacy and security while transforming learning for families worldwide.

Job Summary:

As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to assist in the end-to-end development of new and existing products. You will get hands-on experience in various stages of the product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to define product requirements and roadmaps.
Support product managers in prioritizing and managing product backlogs.
Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and user stories for product features.
Help in coordinating and tracking progress during product development cycles.
Participate in user testing and gather feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Monitor key product metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Stay up-to-date with competitors products and industry trends.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A passion for technology, product development, and innovation.
Knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is an advantage.
