Required Qualifications

3-5 years
in data engineering with
hands-on GCP experience
.
Strong
PySpark
skills: transformations, actions, joins, aggregations, performance tuning.
Experience with
Dataproc
cluster management (autoscaling, preemptible nodes, initialization actions).
Proficiency in
Cloud Composer (Airflow)
: DAG design, operators, sensors, XComs.
Solid
SQL
skills for BigQuery and data validation.
Familiarity with
GCP services
: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, IAM, Logging/Monitoring.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of
Dataform/dbt
for transformations.
Experience with
Terraform
for infra provisioning (Dataproc, Composer, IAM).
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
for data workflows.
Exposure to
data quality frameworks
(Great Expectations, dbt tests).
Basic understanding of
ML pipelines
and integration with Vertex AI.
