Key Responsibilities:

Project Support: Assist in executing projects and initiatives across different functions to meet business objectives.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvements.
Process Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, and document workflows for assigned tasks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from sourcing, quality, planning, operations, and customer care to understand end-to-end processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and contribute ideas for process optimization.
Compliance Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards during all activities.
Learning Development: Actively participate in training sessions, knowledge sharing, and skill-building exercises.
