In this role you organize, coordinate, and control all business activities for Gas Turbine product development in the turbine hot gas path (turbine blades & vanes, rotor, casing) mechanical design and operations domain with the objective of customer satisfaction, global competitiveness, and innovation. You lead, develop, and motivate a group of dedicated qualified employees to achieve and exceed challenging targets. Your new role – challenging and future- oriented: Identify and understand problems and opportunities by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information.
